What's in a Name?

The name Nenko Advisors International is derived from a Japanese word which, by itself, means a long period of service, literally "years" and "service".

Our mission is to provide you with many years of service by applying, on your behalf, the expertise we have gained in our many years of service.

Some of you, who are familiar with Japanese business concepts, may be aware of "nenko-joretsu", the Japanese system of lifetime employment and the associated system of seniority based wages (nenko chingin). Although the system has it's drawbacks, it has been considered one of the major contributing factors to the high labor productivity and loyalty in the industrial expansion of Japan
